How do I change how often questions are sent?
Your storyteller can adjust their frequency or pause questions anytime using the link at the bottom of any email. You can also manage this from your project settings.
Can my storyteller stop receiving questions?
Absolutely. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. No guilt, no questions asked. They can always restart later if they change their mind.
Is my family's data private?
Yes. We take privacy seriously. Your stories are never shared or used to train AI. Read our privacy policy for full details.
Can I get a refund?
If you're unhappy within the first 14 days and haven't received your first response yet, we'll refund you in full. Just email us and we'll sort it out.
